Love Yourself Fridays Week #1
Love is one of my favorite topics to write about. It’s not only because I live the experience in loving myself daily, but because it truly does change you from the inside out. I’ve written a few posts before on Self Love, and How do you Love Yourself before but I wanted to go a little bit deeper and maybe even more easier this time. So that you can truly get into the habit of doing it not only weekly but daily.
Over the past week I have been participating in a group on facebook, and it is all about loving YOURSELF. It’s something that we often forget to do about ourselves because we are always trying to give our time to other’s. When we do this we are forgetting about who we are as a person. When we truly take the time to do at least one thing daily for ourselves it can help us open up to ourselves to more love for ourselves and for others. Because let’s face it, if we don’t love ourselves it will be hard to give love out because we are not taking the time to fill up our own “buckets” and that is when we tend to run ourselves out.
Over the next 21 days ( yep I said it 21 days. You know that old saying it takes 21 days to either make a habit or to break one- well this will be your 21 days to get into the habit) I want you to take 5 minutes each morning or evening before bed ( or anytime really) to say these 3 simple words. I LOVE ME. I know right?! It’s that simple. These three powerful words will not only open yourself up, but it will also make you feel good about yourself. It will help you to find that happinesses within you to create whatever your hearts desire is.
I LOVE ME. It really is that simple.

Remember practice makes perfect, as they say, and it just doesn’t end at the 21 days, but I would love to here from you in 3 weeks time to see how you are doing. How does it make you feel to say those powerful words each day? What have you seen within yourself that has changed?
